Welcome to the shining, bright light of recognized leadership.

You are clear on your message and know who you serve (though sometimes you waiver and wonder if you’ve got it all right) and now the question has become: What do I do with this clarity?

There are so many places to show up and shine, it could be hard to know which ones are the right choice for you.

Should you be getting on stages, going on podcast tour, creating your own podcast… 

Writing your book, publishing articles on other people’s platform… 

So many choices, and everyone has a different opinion on the best way to go.

This is a time for making connections with people who also serve your audience, but in different ways than you do. 

The fastest way to grow your impact and make a bigger difference in the world is to serve other peoples audiences.

Focus on getting on great podcasts, speaking or teaching in masterminds or other groups for colleagues, submitting cold offers to speak on stages at your favorite conferences… 

Let the active exploration in this Spark phase serve in filtering the places and ways you most love to share your message.

A little warning about this phase: 

I can feel like you are throwing spaghetti at the wall, and maybe have your hands in too many fires. 

Don’t exhaust yourself. 

Get project level support… A contractor who can research speaking gigs or podcasts for you. Consider getting someone who digs through your treasure chest of content you’ve created and pulls out gems that can be used in social media. 

If you can swing it, a virtual assistant or project manager, even just one or two hours a week can be incredible at this stage.

And just know that all of the showing up and shining you are doing is on behalf of something so meaningful and important – YOU, your voice and your message. We don’t just do this work to serve others, we do it because it’s an expression of our soul.
